Who We Are
Our Founder
​
Andreas Xenophontos is the founder of our firm. He is very passionate about the accounting and finance profession and that is why he founded his own firm in 2009 after several years of work with a Big 4 firm, where he trained as a Chartered Accountant, and a short period of freelance work.
Andreas has wide experience in the profession as he worked in various departments, including those of accounting, auditing and advisory.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) from which he is licensed to practise in Cyprus as Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor.
Andreas is a graduate of Toronto Canada's York University with a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (Honours) specialising in Accounting and Waterloo Canada's Wilfrid Laurier University with an Economics degree.

Our firm was established in 2009.
Drawing on our founder's wide professional experience, we are able to offer a wide range of financial services, among which are accounting and payroll, audit and assurance, tax and advisory, fiduciary and administrative services, as well as immigration services (citizenship by investment, permanent residence by investment and immigration permits).
